I have over 15 years of experience in the sport of long-distance running, the majority of which I have competed at a national level. I’ve self-coached myself to a 30min 10km, 1h6min half marathon and 2h23min full marathon, and have coached athletes to PBs from 5km up to marathon and everything in between!
